Here I've compiled clips of some of my favorite exercises. This is how I keep myself fit. Those who train with me also know the pain that comes with some of these! ;)
These are but a few of the exercises that I like to employ during workouts. Don't worry, it's just the tip of the iceberg. I have a ton more. In fact, I go to sleep thinking of new, more effective, and yes, more torturous exercises to do to get you to your peakest physical level!
